Commercial Vendor Applications

Important Note: Application is for vendor or exhibitor space at the Wilson County-Tennessee State Fair and must be filled out completely. Spaces are located under the large pole tents with sidewalls and or on either concrete or asphalt. Attach a brief description and photo of your display unit with application. An application does not guarantee a space. A committee will evaluate your application and if accepted you will receive information regarding vendor space from a representative of the Wilson County-Tennessee State Fair.

Proof of liability insurance will be required of vendor and exhibitors and Wilson County Promotions, Inc. must be named as additional insured. Must comply with all state and local health, fire and electrical requirements.

DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY WITH APPLICATION. A CONTRACT AND INVOICE WILL BE SENT ONCE APPLICATIONS ARE APPROVED.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL NOT BE BOOKING THE FOLLOWING ITEMS AT THIS TIME: CBD, HEMP, THC, EDIBLE OR VAPING PRODUCTS.
